Some more on my English teacher

I went to my English class Tuesday night, expected to be bored, and my teacher delivered as expected. It is not that he is a bad teacher, he goes over the information but he like to add things. Very non-important things.

At one point he was talking about how to make a good introduction to your paper, then all of a sudden he tries to link how to introduce a paper with being a good house host, like we don't know what an introduction is. He then proceeds to tell us you should ask if the person wants anything to drink, and take his coat. "In this weather you should there their coat, and tell them to sit next to the fire since it is so cold out. I also keep a fire running at my house in this weather. Really it is my wife that keeps the fire going though, but I still sit next to it when it is cold. She also likes to make hot tea and coco, which is a good way to warm you up." He does this thoughout his class, making his 1 hour of meaningful lectures into a mindnumbing 3 hour catastrophe.

Later during the class, when I could no longer pay full attention to him I realized he somehow went from reading a two page papers to his mother putting eggs in his milkshakes when he was a child.
